dammit, 2 mil...prolly will have to wait a few weeks then until they get easy to craft or the price drops only got 1.5 as it is. Most extreme primal weapons don't glow. The primal weapons are sorted by level and then item level, however you can sort them by any of the columns by clicking on the headers.
Basically just a few weeks of tomestones and Grand Company seals, along with undersized dungeon runs.

The initial relic weapon doesn't glow, but upgrading it to Zenith gives it a glow, and just requires 3 Thavnairian Mists (150 soldiery each from Auriana in Revenant's Toll).
