Shipping Policy

We offer free shipping on all our products and our delivery partners are Australia Post, DHL and TOLL Priority.

Our team will provide you the tracking once the order has been shipped. It may take up to 3-5 business days for order to be shipped.

• The delivery time for all order are 7 to 14 business days.
• We aim to have all orders delivered within 14 days, but sometimes there are courier delays outside our control, especially to remote destinations. We do not offer refunds for orders that take longer than 14 days to arrive.
• The tracking number will be provided as soon as the order shipped.
