I want to buy a jacket how can I make the payment?

There is multiple way of payments. You can pay through PayPal or Credit Card. You can also pay via Google Pay.

I like the jacket, but I am not sure about the size and fit?

Please check our size guide to find your appropriate size. If you are still unsure about your measurements and fitting. Not a problem at all. Please email at sales@leatherwear.com.au and the team will guide you in choosing the right size.

Can I return the jacket if I don’t like it or if it does not fit me perfectly?

We would like to satisfy all our customer by providing them premium customer shopping experience. Yes, a customer has a right to exchange or refund the jacket in 30 days if the customer is not satisfied with the purchase. We would issue the full refund or exchange upon the receiving of item in original condition.

Can I exchange the size if there was a fitting issue?

Yes, customer can exchange to any size without any extra charges if there is a size issue. All exchange of sizes is free, and no charges applied.

However, after your first exchange of size there will be no further exchange and refund would be applicable on the purchase. Please assure that you chose the right size for exchange. Alternatively, please reach out to us on sales@leatherwear.com.au

Who would pay the returned shipping cost in a case of exchange, return or refund?

A customer would pay the return shipping cost. Please send the jacket to us using Australia Post Large satchel. Please check with sales@leatherwear.com.au before sending the return jacket.

I am unable to find my size in the size guide. Can I have my own customize size stitched?

Yes, for sure! Please check our custom design and provide your measurements. In case you're unsure of your body measurements then you can select “Customize Size on Email” and place the order without any hesitation.

The customer service team will soon get in touch with you once we received your order and they will guide you regarding the measurements.

How long would it take for a jacket to be received at my place?

The estimated delivery time for a jacket is 8 to 10 business days. However, in some case the delivery may take up-to 14 to 18 business days due to delays occurred in courier companies.

What should I do if my order hasn't been delivered yet?

The customer would have provided the tracking details along with the courier provider. If you are facing any issues in tracking. Please email at sales@leatherwear.com.au and the team would help you in resolving the issue.

I have received a faulty product what should I do?

Do not hesitate to contact our team. As we will try our best to resolve this issue. Please take an image of faulty product and share with our team at sales@leatherwear.com.aualong with the description of the fault. It is important that images are clear and when you send an email, please provide your order number. Our team would help you in resolving the issue.

My payment has been declined. What should I do?

There are few things you can check in this case.

  • Please check your credit card limit has not reached your daily limits.
  • Please check your Paypal has funds available.
  • Please check your credit card expiration date. As expired card will not be able to work.
  • All compulsory billing and shipping details must be reviewed and completed.
